摘要
介绍了氯乙烯合成工序中,乙炔、氯化氢和混合气的除水工艺,分析了水含量超标的原因,提出了相应的改进措施,使混合气含水质量分数降至165×10^(6)。
Water removal processes for acetylene,hydrogen chloride and mixed gas in the vinyl chloride synthesis process were introduced.The causes of the water content exceeding the permitted level were analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures were put forward.Thus,the water mass frac-tion of mixed gas was reduced to 165×10^(-6).
