家长干预、平台规范对青少年手游隐私风险管理影响研究

Teenagers'Privacy Risks on Mobile Games:An Empirical Study on Parental Mediation and Platform Protection

手机游戏已成为青少年重要的休闲娱乐方式,但其中潜在的隐私侵害为青少年的网络隐私安全带来隐患。本文基于保护动机理论,分析了家长和平台对青少年手游隐私风险意识和保护行为的影响。通过对573名高中生进行调查,发现家长积极性干预、家长限制性干预和平台警示信息接触,对青少年的风险评估有正向影响;平台隐私设置便捷性对青少年的风险评估和应对评估都有正向影响;风险评估和应对评估会推动青少年保护行为的采纳;家长干预和平台规范也会直接促进青少年隐私保护行为的实施。本研究的发现验证了保护动机理论在该语境下的适用性,并为保障青少年网络隐私安全提供了建议。

Mobile games have become an important entertainment for teenagers,while potential privacy violations threaten their online privacy security.Based on protection motivation theory,this study examined the influences of parents and institutions on teens'awareness and protection behaviors towards privacy risks in mobile games.Through a survey of 573 high school students,results showed that parental active mediation,parental restrictive mediation,and exposure to warning information increased threat appraisal;easiness of privacy settings increased both threat and coping appraisal.Next,threat and coping appraisal positively influenced privacy management.Finally,parental mediation and platform protection also directly prompted teens'privacy management.The findings revealed the applicability of protection motivation theory concerning teens'privacy security,and provided suggestions for safeguarding teens'online privacy.
