天津《大公报》冰球报道的文化表征研究

Research on Cultural Representation of Ice Hockey Coverage of Tianjin Ta Kung Pao

因为租界的设立、外侨的涌入以及冬季寒冷的气候特征,天津成为冰球运动最先传入和开展较为活跃的中国近代城市,新记《大公报》则是较早倡导且报道冰球运动的近代中文报刊。在文化表征视角下,本文以文本分析法、历史考据法为主要研究方法,对天津《大公报》冰球报道进行了分析。结果表明,相关报道既表征了20世纪二三十年代天津、北平冰球运动方兴未艾的发展态势,也表征了近代冰球运动华洋二元的权力结构及殖民和反殖民的文化斗争。这种表征是中国近代社会半殖民地属性、近代国人对西方体育文化的现代性与反殖民性诉求,以及新记《大公报》爱国立场和救亡图存宣传等社会历史语境的产物。

Because of the establishment of concessions,the influx of foreigners,and the cold climate in winter,Tianjin became the first city to introduce and carry out ice hockey in modern China.New Ta Kung Pao was a modern Chinese newspaper that advocated and reported ice hockey earlier.From the perspective of cultural representation,this paper analyzes the ice hockey coverage in Tianjin Ta Kung Pao,using text analysis and historical textual research.The relevant reports represent the rising development trend of ice hockey in Tianjin and Peiping in the 1920s and 1930s,the dual power structure of Chinese and foreigners,and the cultural struggle between colonialism and anti-colonialism on ice hockey in modern times.This representation is a product of the semi-colonial attribute of Chinese society at that time,the early modern Chinese people's demands for the modernity and anti-colonialism of western sports culture,as well as the patriotic position of New Ta Kung Pao and the publicity of saving the nation from subjugation and survival.
