石油道路沥青调和生产低硫船燃的可行性研究 被引量:2

摘要 某石化公司通过结合未来发展规划及产品市场情况,采用低凝环烷基原油生产的道路沥青为原料开展调和生产低硫船燃的可行性研究。研究表明,上述道路沥青的酸值为4.5mgKOH/g,是原调和重组分混合稠油渣油的1.3倍,单独采用此种组分调和生产低硫船燃产品酸值在2.5mgKOH/g以上,不能满足国标中该指标的技术要求;该石化公司在原有低硫船燃产品调和技术方案基础上,将上述道路沥青与现有稠油渣油混合,开发出了混合重组分调和生产低硫船燃的新工艺,工业罐区调和生产出RMG380低硫船燃产品酸值由原来的1.8mgKOH/g仅增加至2.1mgKOH/g,完全满足国标中酸值的技术要求,且其余指标优异。该公司结合船燃和沥青等产品的市场情况,预测调和低硫船燃的效益,根据测算结果调整道路沥青调和低硫船燃的比例,生产方案灵活。2021年一季度,该石化公司应用此新工艺增产低硫船燃产品4万余吨,实现经济效益增长149万元。 Combined with future development plan and the market situation of products,a petrochemical company carried out a feasibility study on the production of low-sulfur marine fuel by blending with road asphalt produced from low-pour-point naphthenic base crude oil.The results show that the acid number of the above-mentioned road asphalt is 4.5mg KOH/g,which is 1.3 times that of the mixed heavy oil residue of the original blending heavy components,and the acid number of the low-sulfur marine fuel blended with this component alone is above 2.5mg KOH/g,failing to meet the technical requirements of this indicator in national standards.On the basis of the original blending scheme for low-sulfur marine fuel product,the company mixed the above-mentioned road asphalt with the existing heavy oil residue to develop a new process for low-sulfur marine fuel production by blending with mixed heavy components.The acid number of RMG380low-sulfur marine fuel produced in industrial tank farm was increased from 1.8mg KOH/g to 2.1mg KOH/g,fully meeting the technical requirements of acid number in national standards,and the other indicators were excellent.Based on the market situation of products including marine fuel and asphalt,the company forecasted the benefits of blending low-sulfur marine fuel,and adjusted the blending proportion of road asphalt according to the calculation results.The production plan was flexible.In the first quarter of 2021,the company used this new process to increase its low-sulfur marine fuel production by more than 40000 tons,achieving an economic benefit growth of 1.49million yuan.
