In the process of education digitalization in China, the key problem that educators need to solve urgently is to strengthen practical rationality and stimulate the educational reform potential of data elements. In the face of massive educational data, only through scientific and effective processing and analysis can we play its unique educational value and promote the formation of scientific decision-making.However,from the current practice,front-line education practitioners have not been fully prepared to analyze and interpret data, and lack the path and successful experience to carry out decision making. In order to enable more front-line practitioners to obtain support from thought clues when applying data and improve the quality of data-driven decision making, this study identified three action entries of data-driven decision making:data, platform, and problem, and constructed corresponding models based on the research of data application scenarios, and then carried out the practical application and verification of the models in four months. The results show that the three decision-making models have good usability, and can effectively support practitioners to carry out data-driven practices related to education and teaching improvement or teacher professional development.
