模拟渤海水源井工况条件下典型金属/非金属材料的适用性评价

Applicability Evaluation of Typical Metal and Nonmetal Materials under Simulated Working Conditions of Water Source Well in Bohai Sea

摘要 在模拟渤海某油田水源井典型工况条件下对N80钢、1Cr钢、3Cr钢、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)开展了腐蚀试验,评价了各类金属/非金属材料在目标工况条件下的适用性。结果表明:在模拟含氧水源井工况条件下,N80钢和1Cr钢的腐蚀速率均较高,3Cr钢的腐蚀速率相对较低,但存在一定的点蚀倾向;随着浸泡腐蚀时间的延长,HDPE和UHMWPE的密度、硬度以及拉伸性能均存在一定程度的下降,相比之下,塑性和强度较为均衡的UHMWPE更适用于含氧的水源井工况。 Corrosion tests were carried out on N80 steel,1Cr steel,3Cr steel,high-density polyethylene(HDPE)and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)under simulated typical working conditions of water source wells in an oilfield in Bohai Sea.The applicability of various metal and non metal materials under the working conditions was evaluated.The results showed that the corrosion rates of N80 steel and 1Cr steel were higher than that of 3Cr steel,but 3Cr steel had a certain tendency of pitting corrosion.The densities,hardnesses and tensile properties of HDPE and UHMWPE decreased to a certain extent with the prolongation of immersion corrosion time.UHMWPE with balanced plasticity and strength was relatively suitable for the conditions of water source well containing oxygen.
