摘要
某05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢轴和轴套在试验过程中发生黏连,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜分析、硬度测试等方法分析了该轴和轴套黏连的原因。结果表明:该不锈钢轴和轴套在装配时,操作人员未涂润滑脂,该轴和轴套配合间隙较小,在振动和旋转试验过程中,轴和轴套间存在受力偏载现象,接触部位发生微动磨损,使氧化膜破裂,金属间直接接触,从而导致轴和轴套发生黏连。
A 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve were bonded during the test.The reasons for the adhesion of the shaft and shaft sleeve were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope analysis and hardness test.The results show that the stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve were not coated with grease by the operator during assembly.The clearance between the shaft and the shaft sleeve was small,in the process of vibration and rotation test,there was a phenomenon of partial load between the shaft and the shaft sleeve,fretting wear occured at the contact site,the oxide film was broken,direct contact between metals,resulting in shaft and shaft sleeve adhesion.
