摘要 为提升无刷直流电机系统运行的可靠性和控制性能,提出了一种基于主矢量占空比调节的无刷直流电机无位置传感器直接转矩控制方法。首先,分析了不同电压矢量对转矩变化的影响,根据不同工况下电机运行特性和反电势过零点的检测条件,建立了新型的主矢量和副矢量选择表;在此基础上,以转矩跟踪误差最小为原则,推导了每个控制周期内主矢量和副矢量作用的占空比。所提出的方法可以提高转矩的稳态控制精度和动态响应速度,同时在副矢量作用下进行反电势过零点检测,可以降低电机转子位置的检测误差。最后,通过仿真验证了所提方法的理论正确性和可行性。 In order to improve the operation reliability and control performance of brushless DC motor system,a sensorless direct torque control method of brushless DC motor based on the main vector duty ratio regulation is proposed.Firstly,the influence of different voltage vectors on torque variation is analyzed.According to the operating characteristics of the motor under different working conditions and the detection conditions of the zero-crossing of the back EMF,a new type of main vector and sub-vector selection table is established;On this basis,the duty ratio of the main vector and the auxiliary vector in each control cycle is derived based on the principle of minimum torque tracking error.The proposed method can improve the steady-state control accuracy and dynamic response speed of the torque,and can reduce the detection error of the motor rotor position by detecting the zero-crossing of the back EMF under the action of the side vector.Finally,the theoretical correctness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by simulation.
