摘要
【目的/意义】随着互联网的日益普及与新媒体技术的广泛应用,网络舆情群体极化现象日益加剧。研究网络舆情群体极化动力学机理,科学地把握网民情绪演化规律对塑造健康的舆论生态环境具有重要意义。【方法/过程】以网民情绪演化为主线,构建网络舆情群体极化系统动力学模型,从情绪唤醒、情绪干扰、情绪疏解三个维度并结合“女子实名举报前婆婆吃空饷”案例对网络舆情群体极化进行仿真研究。【结果/结论】通过仿真结果分析,网民的媒介素养、认知水平;媒介的议程设置、平台监管力度;政府的信息公开程度、回应速度等因素对群体极化的影响程度更为重要,并以此为群体极化的治理工作提供相应对策。【创新/局限】以情绪演化视角对网络舆情群体极化进行定性与定量的结构化系统性研究。局限在于数据的量化处理具有较强的主观性且系统因素的选取还需逐步完善。
【Purpose/significance】With the increasing popularity of the Internet and the wide application of new media technology,the polarization of network public opinion groups is increasing.It is of great significance to study the polarization dynamics mechanism of network public opinion groups and scientifically grasp the evolution law of Internet users’ emotions for shaping a healthy public opinion ecological environment.【Method/process】Taking the emotional evolution of netizens as the main line,this paper constructs a dynamic model of group polarization system of network public opinion,and simulates the group polarization of network public opinion from three dimensions of emotional arousal,emotional interference and emotional relief,combined with the case of women’s real-name reporting grandmother’s empty pay.【Result/conclusion】Through the analysis of the simulation results,the media literacy and cognitive level of netizens;media agenda setting,platform supervision;the government’ s information disclosure,response speed and other factors have more important influence on group polarization,and provide corresponding countermeasures for the governance of group polarization.【Innovation/limitation】Qualitative and quantitative structural systematic study on group polarization of network public opinion from the perspective of emotional evolution.The limitation is that the quantitative processing of data has strong subjectivity and the selection of system factors needs to be gradually improved.
