Study on the Supply Mechanism and Accurate Supply Strategy of Rural Cultural Information Resources

【目的/意义】完善农村文化信息资源供给机制,以解决需求识别精准度低、供需错位、供给协同性不足等制约农村文化供给的瓶颈问题,为实现农村文化信息资源精准供给提供参考。【方法/过程】探讨互联网时代农村文化信息资源供给的现实意义,阐释供给决策机制、信息共享机制、素养培育机制和服务评价机制的功能及作用。【结果/结论】从优化供给决策机制、完善信息共享机制、强化信息素养培育机制、健全指标评价机制等方面提出策略及建议,以促进农村文化信息资源供需精准匹配。【创新/局限】本文根据农村文化信息资源供给机制的有效运行研究,探究农村文化信息资源精准供给的方式方法,为农村公共文化建设提出相关建议。但通过实地调查研究获得的第一手资料相对欠缺,有关农村文化供给信息的样本数据有待进一步丰富完善。

【Purpose/significance】The supply mechanism of rural cultural information resources should be improved to solve the bottleneck problems restricting the supply of rural culture,such as low accuracy of demand identification,misalignment of supply and demand,and insufficient coordination of supply,so as to provide reference for the realization of accurate supply of rural cultural information resources.【Method/process】This paper discusses the practical significance of rural cultural information resources supply in the Internet era,and explains the functions and effects of supply decision-making mechanism,information sharing mechanism,literacy cultivation mechanism and service evaluation mechanism.【Result/conclusion】Strategies and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of optimizing the decision-making mechanism of supply,perfecting the information sharing mechanism,strengthening the cultivation mechanism of information literacy,and perfecting the evaluation mechanism of indicators,so as to promote the accurate matching of supply and demand of rural cultural information resources.【Innovation/limitation】According to the effective operation research of the supply mechanism of rural cultural information resources,this paper proposes the methods and methods of accurate supply of rural cultural information resources,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the construction of rural public culture.The first-hand data obtained through field investigation and research are relatively lacking,and the sample data about rural cultural supply information need to be further enriched and improved.
