矸石流态化充填冒落区四级分区模型研究 被引量:1

Study on four-level partition model of gangue fluidized filling in the caving zone

摘要 为了掌握长壁工作面采空区冒落区岩体稳定性变化规律和残余空间演化规律,论文基于砌体梁理论及采空区上覆岩层下沉曲线,对采空区冒落区关键块结构运动过程中块体受力特征、冒落岩块受力特征及冒落区稳定性进行了系统的研究,提出了冒落区稳定性系数,并给出了冒落区稳定性系数随时间变化的函数关系式,结合流态化料浆扩散规律建立了冒落区四级分区模型,揭示了冒落区充填空间演化规律,得出了冒落区流态化充填可充填空间理论计算方法。通过桑树坪二号井流态化充填工业性试验,验证了理论计算方法的准确性,研究成果为煤矿科学利用冒落区空间和精准高效矸石流态化充填提供了理论依据。 In order to reveal the stability mechanism of the caved rock mass and the evolution of residual space in longwall working face goaf,based on the masonry beam theory and the subsidence curve of the overlying rock in the goaf area,this paper analyzed the stress characteristics of the mass of key blocks and the caved rock,and the stability of the caving zone.The stability coefficient of the caving zone was proposed and the function relation formula between the stability coefficient of the caving zone and the time growing was brought.Considering diffusion of fluidized slurry,the four-level partition model of fluidized filling in the caving zone was established.It revealed the evolution of fillable space and obtained the theoretical calculation method for the fillable space of fluidized filling in the caving zone.Then,the accuracy of theoretical calculation method was verified by launching industrial test of fluidized filling in No.2 Well of Sangshuping.The research result provided coal mine industry theoretical reference for efficient use of caving zone space and accurate efficient fluidized filling.
