接装纸油墨对加热卷烟感官质量的影响

Effect of Tipping Paper Ink on Sensory Quality of Heated Tobacco Products

为减少接装纸对加热卷烟抽吸感官的影响,开展了不同油墨体系热失重和热裂解的性能研究,同时对不同油墨接装纸制备的加热卷烟进行了感官评价。结果表明:接装纸油墨的选择对加热卷烟感官质量有较大的影响,设计加热卷烟接装纸油墨配方时,宜选择失重起始温度点高于加热卷烟器具最大设定温度的油墨树脂,且宜选择加热卷烟器具最大设定温度下裂解产物较少的油墨体系,优选的油墨体系可以显著改善加热卷烟的感官质量。该研究可为加热卷烟高品质接装纸的开发和制备提供理论参考。

In order to reduce the influence of tipping paper on the smoking sense of heated tobacco products,the performance of thermal weightlessness and thermal cracking of different ink systems was studied.At the same time,the sensory evaluation of heated cigarettes prepared with different ink tipping paper was carried out.The results showed that the selection of cigarette tipping paper ink had a great influence on the sensory quality of heated cigarettes.When designing the formula of cigarette tipping paper ink for heated cigarettes,it was appropriate to select the ink system whose initial weight loss temperature was higher than the maximum set temperature of the cigarette heating appliance,and the ink system with less cracking products at the maximum set temperature of the cigarette heating appliance.The optimal ink system could significantly improve the sensory quality of heated cigarettes.This study can provide a theoretical reference for the development and preparation of high quality tipping paper for heated cigarettes.
