综合运输发展指数及应用——基于2020年省级公开数据的比较

Comprehensive Transportation Development Index and Application:An Exploration Based on Provincial Public Data in 2020

为推动国家和各省市综合运输发展,参考国内外已有理论和实践成果,本文在深入解析综合运输发展指数内涵的基础上,首先选取铁路运输、公路运输、水路运输、民航运输、城市客运、邮政、运输安全和与区域经济互动等八个准则层;第二,遵循相关原则选取指标、确定权重并计算2020年全国各省、直辖市和自治区的综合运输发展指数即CTDI指数;第三,通过基准值方法确定2020年全国CTDI数值(100)为CTDI初始值。最后,提出相关研究结论和展望。

In order to promote the development of comprehensive transportation in the country,provinces and municipalities,with reference to the existing theoretical and practical achievements at home and abroad,this paper,based on an in-depth analysis of the connotation of the Comprehensive Transportation Development Index(CTDI).Firstly,selects eight guideline layers,such as railroad transportation,road transportation,waterway transportation,civil aviation transportation,urban public transportation,postal service,transportation safety and interaction with regional economy.Secondly,follows the relevant principles to select indicators,determine weights and calculate the CTDI index of each province,municipality directly under the central government and autonomous region in 2020.Thirdly,by the benchmark value method to determine the national CTDI value(100)in 2020 as the initial value of CTDI,and finally,relevant research conclusions and outlook are proposed.
