新冠疫情下护理本科生职业认同感现况分析

Analysis of occupational identity of nursing undergraduatesduring COVID-19

目的:调查新冠疫情下护理本科生职业认同感现况及影响因素。方法:采用护理本科生职业认同感量表对山东省某高校护理专业121名本科生进行调查。结果:护理本科生职业认同感总分为(62.90±11.79)分,处于中等偏上水平。护生兼职工作与护理专业相关以及在新冠疫情下护生对护理专业喜爱程度得分与职业认同感比较差异有统计学意义且呈正相关(P<0.05);护生做兼职护理相关工作、在新冠疫情下护生对护理学专业的喜爱程度对护生职业认同感有预测作用(R2=0.274)。结论:新冠疫情下护理本科生职业认同感较正常情况下有所改善,护生兼职工作与护理学专业相关及护生对护理职业喜爱程度对职业认同感有较好预测作用。

Objective:it was investigated the occupational identity and influencing factors among nursing undergraduates under the COVID-19.Methods:121 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with the occupational identity scale.Results:The total score of professional identity of nursing undergraduates(62.90±11.79)was in the upper middle level.Whether nursing students want to work parttime is related to nursing specialty,and the score difference of nursing students'change of love degree for nursing specialty under the background of new crown epidemic is statistically significant(P<0.05),and it has significant positive correlation with nursing professional identity(P<0.05);whether nursing students want to work part-time is related to nursing specialty,and whether nursing students love nursing specialty under the COVID-19.The change of degree has a significant predictive effect on the professional identity of nursing students(R=0.274).Conclusion:The professional identity of nursing undergraduates under the COVID-19 is better than that under the general situation.Whether nursing students want to work part-time with nursing or not and the change of the degree of nursing students'love for nursing profession have a better predictive effect on the professional identity of nursing undergraduates.
