混合式教学在某医学院基因工程课堂教学中的应用与评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨基于清华教育在线平台的混合式教学在基因工程课堂教学中的应用效果。方法:搭建清华教育在线基因工程数字课程平台,并选取我校生物制药、生物技术和生物工程3个专业3个班级进行试点研究。生物制药为对照组,采用传统教学方法;生物技术和生物工程为试验组,采用结合基因工程数字课程平台的混合式教学。结果:试验组的主观题、客观题成绩以及总成绩明显高于对照组。试验组组内两个班级成绩无明显差异。结论:基因工程的混合式教学具有较好的教学效果,提高了学生自主学习的能力,培养学生分析问题解决问题的科学思维,值得在生物制药以及医学检验专业进行推广。 Objective:To explore the application of gene engineering digital course based on Tsinghua Education Online in the blended teaching of gene engineering.Methods:The gene engineering digital course was set up in the Tsinghua Education Online;three classes of the three majors of biopharmaceutical,biotechnology and bioengineering in our school were selected for the pilot study.Biopharmaceutical was used as the control group and traditional teaching methods were adopted,while the experimental group adopted the blended teaching combining with the digital course platform of gene engineering.Results:The experimental group's subjective scores,objective scores and total scores were significantly higher than the control group.There was no significant difference between the two classes in the experimental group.Conclusion:The blended teaching of gene engineering has a good teaching effect,improves students'self-learning ability,and cultivates students'scientific thinking of analyzing and solving problems,which is worthy to be promoted in the specialty of biopharmaceutical and medical laboratory technology.
