口腔医学生临床实习强化综合能力带教方式的探讨

摘要 目的:探讨口腔专业临床实习生综合能力训练的带教方法和效果。方法:选取在口腔专业2014级进行综合实习和分科实习学生各16人,分别采用综合带教模式和分科带教模式,对比两组学生入科成绩和出科成绩。结果:综合组学生的出科成绩与分科组的成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过强化综合能力的带教方式有利于培养学生的临床综合能力。 Objective To explore the systematic method and effect of the comprehensive precepting model for clinical practice of dental undergraduates.Methods There were 16 undergraduates in the dentistry major who had a comprehensive internship and a sub-discipline internship in the 2014 grade.They were taught in a comprehensive group and a sub-discipline group respectively,and compared the entry and exit scores of the two groups of students.Results There was a statistically significant difference between the scores of the students in the comprehensive group and the scores of the sub-subject groups(P<0.O1).Conclusion:The precepting method that strengthens the comprehensive ability is conducive to cultivating the students'comprehensive clinical ability.
