教师标准化病人结合病例教学及循证医学在妇科肿瘤临床见习中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察TSP结合CBL及循证医学教学法在妇产科技能教学中的有效性及可行性。方法:选取我校临床专业103名学生,分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用TSP结合CBL及循证医学教学法教学,对照组采用传统方法教学。对两组采用问卷调查和考试相结合的方法进行教学效果评价。结果:主观上,调查问卷显示,试验组在提高学习兴趣、提高沟通能力、提高理论知识的综合应用能力、锻炼临床思维、提高综合运用知识解决临床问题能力、提高自学能力和学习积极性、加深授课内容的记忆、提高动手能力和临床技能、掌握更深更广妇科肿瘤知识方面的成效均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。客观上,试验组技能操作考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;试验组病例分析成绩稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TSP结合CBL及循证医学教学法在一定程度上能提高妇科肿瘤临床见习学生的理论知识及实践能力,但仍需加大样本量进行深入探讨。 Objective:To observe the effectiveness and feasibility of TSP combined with CBL and EBM in Obstetrics and Gynecology clinical shadowing.Methods:103 clinical students were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was taught by TSP combined with CBL and EBM,while the control group was taught by traditional methods.The clinical shadowing effect of the two groups was evaluated by questionnaire and examination.Results:Subjectively,the questionnaire showed that the experimental group was improving learning interest,improving communication ability,applying theoretical knowledge comprehensively,exercising clinical thinking,applying knowledge synthetically to solve clinical problems,improving self-study ability and learning enthusiasm The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Objectively,the test scores of skill operation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the score of case analysis in the experimental group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>O.05).Conclusion:TSP combined with CBL and Evidence-based Medicine clinical shadowing method can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of students in clinical probation of gynecological tumor to a certain extent,but it is still necessary to increase the sample size for further discussion.
