摘要
目的:探讨联合教学方法改革流行病学教学对心血管专业学生综合应用能力提升的效果。方法:选取2018级心血管内科专业研究生,采用随机对照研究设计分为传统教学对照组和联合教学试验组。联合教学方法综合了基于问题学习教学方法(PBL)、基于案例学习教学方法(CBL)、卫生统计学和循证医学等多种教学模式和方法。结果:试验组学生总成绩以及理论成绩、实践成绩分项均高于对照组,并且试验组流行病学基本知识点的掌握情况和实践测评情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:联合教学方法可显著提高心血管专业研究生对流行病学理论知识掌握度和综合实践应用能力。
Objective:To explore the effect of combined teaching method reform in epidemiology teaching on the improvement of comprehensive application ability of cardiovascular students.Methods:Graduate students majoring in cardiovascular medicine of 2018 were selected and divided into traditional teaching control group and combined teaching experimental group by randomized controlled study design.The combined teaching method integrates problem-based learning(PBL),case-based learning(CBL),health statistics,evidencebased medicine and other teaching models and methods.Results:The total scores,theoretical scores and practical scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the mastery of basic knowledge points and practical evaluation of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined teaching method can significantly improve the master degree of epidemiology theory knowledge and comprehensive practical application ability of cardiovascular graduate students.
