Study on the factors influencing the quality of doctoral dissertations in medical university

博士学位论文质量体现着博士培养质量,通过对天津某医科院校博士学位论文质量的影响因素进行分析,研究结果表明博士生的年龄、类型、学位类别以及课题来源对学位论文质量影响显著,进而在提高生源质量,强化导师责任以及加强专业学位博士生科研能力培养等方面提出建议,从而提高博士生培养质量。

The quality of doctoral dissertation embodies the quality of doctoral education.Through the analysis and research of anonymous evaluation results,indexes and factors affecting the quality of doctoral dissertations in a medical university in Tianjin,it can be seen from the research results that the age,type,degree category and subject source of doctoral students have significant influence on the quality of dissertations,and then some suggestions are put forward on improving the quality of applicants,strengthening the responsibility of supervisor and scientific research ability training,so as to improve the quality of doctoral education.
