中小企业转型升级与现代化产业体系高质量发展

Transformation and Upgrading of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and High Quality Development of Modern Industrial System

党的二十大报告提出了建设现代化产业体系的方向与目标,将其作为中国式现代化的核心内容之一,其重要性不言而喻。产业是同类企业的集合,产业体系是所有产业形成的关联协同系统,任何一个产业发展和现代化产业体系建设的主体都是企业,其中包括少量的大企业和大量的中小企业。大企业虽然有时是产业的核心或领军者且对产业转型升级贡献很大,但产业体系里数量多、涉及面广的中小企业从某种意义上说才是我国产业结构转型升级的微观基础,也是吸纳社会就业的主渠道,更是现代化产业体系建设的主力军之一。因此,时下建设现代化产业体系、进一步推动我国产业高质量发展的进程中,中小企业整体性转型升级实现高质量发展实为关键。

Report to the 2oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the direction and goal of building a modern industrial system as one of the core elements of Chinese modernization,the importance of which is self-ev ident.Industry is a grouping of similar cnterpriscs,and the industrial systcm is an associated and synergistic systcm formed by all industries.The main body of any industrial development and modern industrial system are enterprises,including a small number of large enterprises and a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).Although large enterprises are sometimes the core or leader of the industry and contribute a lot to the industrial transformation and upgrading,but the SMEs in the industrial system are much larger in quantity,and more extensive in scope.In a sense,SMEs are the micro-base of China's industrial structure transformation and upgrading.and are also the main channel to provide social employment,serving as one of the main forces in the building of the modern industrial system.Therefore,in the process of building a modern industrial system and further promoting the high-quality developrment of China's indutries,it is crucial to transform and upgrade the SMEs as a whole to achieve high-quality development.
