摘要
在全球经济与产业竞争日趋集中到争夺数字经济与前沿产业发展主导权的背景下,算力作为数字经济时代新的生产力表现形式,正深刻影响着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的走向,进而重塑全球经济结构,推动各国经济与技术发展。中国亟需在把准全球算力技术与产业变迁脉搏的基础上,积极营造促进算力经济发展的创新生态,充分发挥资本市场的价值发现功能,以精准的融资服务最大限度激活算力产业市场主体的创新禀赋,深耕自主研发,赋能实体经济,尽快突破算力经济发展的关键技术瓶颈,锻造中国在算力产业领域的竞争优势。
In the context of global economic and industrial oompetition increasingly focused on the struggle for the dominance of digital economy and frontier industry,arithmetic,as a new form of productive force in the digital economy,is profoundly influencing the direction of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation thus reshaping the global economic structure and promoting the economic and technological development of all countries.It is urgent for China to take into consideration the pulse of global computing technology and industry transformation,actively create an innovative ecological environment to promote the development of computing economy,give full play to the value discovery function of the capital market,activate the innovation endowment of market players of the industry to the maximum extent with precise financing services,cultivate independent R&D,empower the real economy,break through the key technological bottlenecks that restrict the development of computing economy as soon as possible,and forge China's competitive advantage in the field of computing.
