摘要
借鉴推拉模型构建由“生源地就业”“属地就业”和“经济发达地区就业”三种倾向组成的分析框架,基于西部地区27所“双一流”高校2021届或临近年份的毕业生就业质量报告,对毕业生就业区域流动进行多角度分析。主要结论为第一,西部地区“双一流”高校毕业生半数以上选择西部就业;第二,近年来西部地区尤其是成渝地区人才粘滞力有所增强;第三,西部地区“双一流”高校的研究生比本科生更倾向于选择西部就业;第四,西部地区在人才环流中仍处于人才净流出状态。
In order to explore whether the westerm region can retain the local"Double First-Class"collge graduates,firstly,based on the literature review and using the push-pull model for reference,this paper construsts an analysis framework composed of three tendencies:employment in the place of origin,employment in the trritory and employment in the economically developed areas.Then,the employment quality reports of graduates from 27"Double First-Class"colleges and universities in the western region in 2021 or other recent years are collcted,and the regional flow of graduates'employment is analyzed from multiple angles.Main conclusions:first,more than half of the"Double First-Class"collge graduates in the western region choose western employment.Second,the talent stickiness in the westerm region,especially in Chengdu and Chongqing,is increasing.Third,graduate students in"Double First-Class"collges and universities in the western region are more inclined to choose western employment than undergraduates.Fourth,the westerm region is in a state of net outlow of talents in the circulation of talents.Finally,it puts forward dialectical thinking on talent flow and strategic suggestions on talent retention and introduction in the western region.
