农林高校做好就业育人工作是学习贯彻党的二十大和两会精神题中应有之义,是落实立德树人根本任务的关键环节,是服务民生保障社会稳定的重要举措,也是实现高质量就业的必然要求。农林高校就业育人工作的根本目的在于立德树人,体现全过程育人思想和全要素育人格局。新时代推动农林高校就业育人工作高质量发展,需要提高思想站位,发挥就业育人引领作用;完善组织体系,构建校院两级就业育人机制;全员深度参与,打造就业育人共同体;全要素协同联动,丰富就业育人内容。

Agriculture&forestry universities should promote the employment education development.It is an integral part of learming and implementing the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress,a key link in implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,a pivotal measure of ensuring people's livelihood and social stability,and a critical element of achieving high-quality employment.The fundamental goal of employment education in agriculture&forestry universities is to foster talents,reflecting the education idea through the whole process and the education pattermn by mobilizing all factors.In the new era,it is of vital importance to promote high-quality development of employment education for agriculture&forestry universities in four ways.The first is to heighten the stance and widen the leading inluence uf enplyment edueatiun;the seeund pint is tu uptimize the organization system and build a two-tiered employment education system at university and college levels;the third one is to get everyone deeply involved in building a community of employment education;the last way is to coordinate all resources to enrich the content of employment education.
