【目的/意义】构建地方智库战略联盟的知识协同服务模式,以期为地方智库战略联盟开展知识协同服务实践提供参考。【方法/过程】分析地方智库战略联盟和知识服务模式的研究现状,剖析地方智库战略联盟知识协同服务的影响因素,并以知识管理、协同学和利益相关者理论为基础,构建地方智库战略联盟的知识协同服务模式,并提出推进地方智库战略联盟知识协同服务的策略。【结果/结论】构建地方智库战略联盟知识协同服务模式,旨在围绕多智库主体的目标、资源、过程要素协同,强化联盟知识协同服务平台功能,提升联盟知识协同服务能力。【创新/局限】以协同创新视角对地方智库战略联盟知识协同服务模式展开研究,跨区域多案例对比分析,是对所构建的知识协同服务模式的进一步检验与应用。

【Purpose/significance】Construct the knowledge collaborative service model of the strategic alliance of local think tanks, in order to provide a reference for the practice of knowledge collaborative service carried out by the strategic alliance of local think tanks.【Method/process】analyzes the research status of local think tank strategic alliance and knowledge service model, analyzes the influencing factors of local think tank strategic alliance knowledge collaborative service, and builds a knowledge collaborative service model of local think tank strategic alliance based on knowledge management, synergy and stakeholder theory, and put forward strategies to promote the knowledge collaborative service of local think tank strategic alliances.【Results/conclusions】The construction of a local think tank strategic alliance knowledge collaboration service model aims to strengthen the alliance knowledge collaboration service platform function and enhance the alliance knowledge collaboration service capabilities around the goals, resources, and process elements of multiple think tank entities.【Innovation/limitation】From the perspective of collaborative innovation, the research on the knowledge collaborative service model of local think tank strategic alliances, and the cross-regional multi-case comparative analysis is a further test and application of the constructed knowledge collaborative service model.
