目的建立一套适合中国糖尿病足(主要指足溃疡)诊治临床路径。方法通过联合应用文献分析法、专题讨论法和专家咨询法,对中国糖尿病足诊治临床路径进行更新。结果首先阐述糖尿病足的诊断、分类及住院标准和目的,其次详细描述患者的内科(包括药物选择)和外科治疗方案,明确列出进入临床路径的标准和退出路径的变异性分析,建议标准住院时间为21~23天,最后以附录的形式列出在不同时间需要对患者做的诊治工作。结论这份关于中国糖尿病足诊治临床路径得到了专家团队的充分讨论,具有较好的科学性和实用性,建议临床推广和应用。

Objective To establish a practical clinical pathway for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot in China.Methods A comprehensive approach combining literature analysis,thematic discussion,and expert consultation was adopted to derive the clinical pathway.Results Firstly,the diagnosis,classification and hospitalization criteria and objectives of diabetic foot were described;secondly,medical(including drug selection)and surgical treatment options were described in detail;the criteria for entering the clinical pathway and the variability analysis for exiting the pathway were clearly listed;the recommended length of stay were 21-23 days;finally,the standard medical precess over the course is attached in the appendix.Conclusion This clinical pathway for the management of diabetic foot has been fully discussed by the expert team,which is scientific and practical,and recomnended for clinical application.
