乳酸菌和芽孢杆菌对肠道感染的乳猪生长性能、养分消化和免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of lactic acid bacteria and bacillus on growth performance,nutrient digestion and immune function of piglets with intestinal infection

摘要 本试验将不同乳酸菌或芽孢杆菌添加到肠道感染的乳猪日粮中,研究其对生长性能、养分消化和血清免疫指标的影响。试验选取160头健康乳猪,平均分为4组,分别为对照组、感染组、乳酸菌组和芽孢杆菌组,乳酸菌组和芽孢杆菌组分别在日粮中添加0.2 g/kg的乳酸菌和0.2 g/kg的芽孢杆菌制剂,试验5 d后,感染组、乳酸菌组和芽孢杆菌组灌服大肠杆菌10 mL,对照组给予等量的生理盐水,试验期为30 d,试验结束后测定其生长性能、养分消化和免疫机能。结果发现,在日粮中添加乳酸菌或芽孢杆菌对肠道感染乳猪的生长性能均有显著影响,平均日增重比感染组显著提高18.8%(P<0.05),耗料增重显著降低13.1%(P<0.05);在日粮中添加乳酸菌或芽孢杆菌对感染乳猪的养分消化指标也有显著影响显著(P<0.05),粗脂肪、粗蛋白质和干物质消化率分别比感染组提高12.8%、11.7%和7.9%;在日粮中添加乳酸菌或芽孢杆菌对感染乳猪血清中IgA、IgG、IgM等免疫指标也有显著影响(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,在日粮中加入乳酸菌或芽孢杆菌对肠道感染的乳猪恢复效果明显,能促进生长性能,提高养分的消化吸收,并能提高乳猪的免疫能力。 In this experiment,different probiotics lactic acid bacteria or bacillus were added to the daily feeding of piglets with intestinal infection to study the effects on their growth performance,nutrient digestion and serum immune indicators.The 160 healthy piglets were selected and divided into four groups on average,namely control group,infection group,lactobacillus group and bacillus group.The lactobacillus group and bacillus group were added 0.2 g/kg of lactobacillus and 0.2 g/kg of bacillus preparation to the diet respectively.Five days after the test,the infection group,lactobacillus group and bacillus group were fed with 10 mL of Escherichia coli,and the control group was given the same amount of physiological saline.The test period was 30 days,After the test,the growth performance,nutrient digestion and immune function were measured.The results showed that the addition of lactobacillus or bacillus in the diet had a significant effect on the growth performance of infected piglets.The average daily gain increased by 18.8%compared with the infected group,and the average feed gain decreased by 13.1%,with a significant difference(P<0.05);Adding lactobacillus or bacillus in the diet also had a significant effect on the nutrient digestibility of infected piglets(P<0.05).The digestibility of crude fat,crude protein and dry matter were 12.8%,11.7%and 7.9%higher than those of the infected group,respectively;The addition of lactobacillus or bacillus in the diet also had a significant effect on the immune indexes such as IgA,IgG,IgM in the serum of infected piglets(P<0.05).The results showed that adding lactobacillus or Bacillus to the diet had obvious effect on the recovery of piglets with intestinal infection,which could promote growth performance,improve nutrient digestion and absorption,and improve the immune function of piglets.
