摘要
文章旨在探究加味四君子汤对仔猪免疫机能和肠道微生物的影响,试验选取90只断奶健康仔猪,随机分为3组,每组30头。分为代乳料组(对照组)、试验组I(代乳料+1%加味四君子汤)和试验组Ⅱ(代乳料+2%加味四君子汤)。试验为30d,分别在试验结束前后称量每组仔猪体重,计算平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比,采集仔猪血液,检测各组仔猪血清中免疫因子水平;试验结束时每组随机选择6头仔猪进行屠宰,检测盲肠中微生物的数目。结果表明,饲料中额外添加加味四君子汤可显著改善仔猪生长性能,试验结束时与对照组相比,试验组I和试验组Ⅱ末重分别提高7.26%(P<0.01)和6.38%(P<0.01),平均日增重分别显著提高9.52%(P<0.05)和7.14%(P<0.05),料重比分别显著降低3.61%(P<0.05)和3.00%(P<0.05)。饲料中额外添加加味四君子汤可显著提高仔猪血清IFN-γ、TNF-β、IL-1、IL-8等4种免疫因子水平,且试验组Ⅱ的效果明显优于试验组I的效果。饲料中额外添加加味四君子汤可以显著抑制仔猪盲肠中产气荚膜梭菌的数量,提高乳酸杆菌的比例。结果证实,在饲料中添加加味四君子汤可改善仔猪免疫机能,调节肠道微生物的组成。
In order to investigate the effects of modified Sijunzi Decoction on immune function and intestinal microflora of piglets,90 healthy weaned piglets were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 piglets in each group.They were divided into milk substitute group(control group),experimental group 1(milk substitute+1%flavored Sijunzi soup)and experimental group 2(milk substitute+2%flavored Sijunzi soup).The experiment lasted for 30 days.The weight of piglets in each group was weighed before and after the end of the experiment.The average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio were calculated.At the end of the experiment,6 piglets in each group were randomly selected and killed to detect the number of microorganisms in the cecum.The results showed that supplemented supplemented Sijunzi decoction significantly improved the growth performance of piglets.At the end of the experiment,the final weight of experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ was increased by 7.26%(P<0.01)and 6.38%(P<0.01),respectively,compared with the control group.The average daily gain was increased by 9.52%(P<0.05)and 7.14%(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was decreased by 3.61%(P<0.05)and 3.00%(P<0.05),respectively.The supplementation of Sijunzi decoction significantly increased serum levels of four immune factors,including IFN-γ,TNF-β,IL-1 and IL-8,and the effect of experimental group 2 was significantly better than that of experimental group 1.The number of clostridium perfringens and the proportion of lactobacillus in cecum of piglets can be significantly inhibited by adding modified Sijunzi decoction.The results showed that supplemented Sijunzi decoction could improve the immune function and regulate the composition of intestinal microorganisms of piglets.
