摘要
文章旨在研究全混合日粮中添加菊粉对海门山羊生长性能、血清指标及肉品质的影响。试验将72只雄性断奶海门山羊(90日龄)随机分为4组,每组18只,分别饲喂全混合基础日粮(C组,对照组)、基础日粮+0.5%菊粉(T1组)、基础日粮+1.0%菊粉(T2组)和基础日粮+1.5%菊粉(T3组)。试验羊单栏饲养,自由饮水。试验周期为90 d。结果表明:(1)与C组相比,T3组动物终末体重、平均干物质采食量及平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),T2组动物终末体重和平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05)。(2)与C组相比,T3组血清TG及BUN水平显著降低(P<0.05),IgA及IgG水平升高(P<0.05)。(3)与C组相比,T3组屠宰率显著升高(P<0.05),背最长肌剪切力显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,全混合日粮中添加菊粉可以提高海门山羊生长性能和免疫机能,改善羊肉品质,在本试验条件下饲粮中菊粉适宜添加水平为1.5%。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of inulin on growth performance,serum indexes and meat quality of Haimen goats.Seventy two male weaned Haimen goats(90 days old)were randomly divided into four groups,18 in each group.Goats were fed with the total mixed basal diet(group C,control group),the basal diet+0.5%inulin(group T1),the basal diet+1.0%inulin(group T2)and a basal diet+1.5%inulin(group T3),respectively.The experimental goats were raised in a single pen and drank freely.The test period is 90 days.The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with group C,the final body weight,average dry matter intake and average daily gain of animals in group T3 increased,while the feed to weight ratio decreased,while the final body weight and average daily gain of animals in group T2 increased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with group C,the levels of serum TG and BUN in group T3 decreased,and the levels of IgA and IgG increased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with group C,the slaughter rate of group T3 increased,and the shear force of longissimus dorsi muscle decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of inulin to the total mixed diet can improve the growth performance,immune function of Haimen goats,and the mutton quality.
