摘要
文章旨在研究复合酶制剂对青山羊生长性能、营养物质消化率的影响。试验选取200头青山羊,平均分为4组,分别为对照组、0.5%复合酶制剂组、1.0%复合酶制剂组、1.5%复合酶制剂组,试验结束后测定其生长性能和营养物质消化率相关指标。结果发现:与对照组相比,在日粮中添加不同水平的复合酶制剂对青山羊的末重以及平均日增重均有影响,其中加入1.0%或1.5%的复合酶制剂对提高青山羊的生长性能效果最显著(P<0.05),青山羊净增重、平均日增重提高最多,分别比对照组提高了24.9%和25.0%;其次,在日粮中添加不同水平的复合酶制剂对青山羊的营养物质消化指标也有显著影响(P<0.05),其中加入1.0%的复合酶制剂组的营养物质消化指标与对照组相比差异性最显著(P<0.05),粗脂肪消化率、粗蛋白质消化率、干物质消化率、中性洗涤纤维消化率和酸性洗涤纤维消化率分别比对照组提高9.0%、6.6%、19.1%、21.1%和10.1%。研究结果表明,在日粮中加入1.0%的复合酶制剂组,对青山羊的生长促进效果最明显,可使青山羊的饲料效率最佳。
In this experiment,different levels of complex enzyme preparations were added to the daily feeding of green goats to study the effects on their growth performance and nutrient digestibility.In the experiment,200 green goats were selected and divided into four groups on average,namely,the control group,the 0.5%composite enzyme preparation group,the 1.0%composite enzyme preparation group,and the 1.5%composite enzyme preparation group.After the experiment,its growth performance and nutrient digestibility were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,adding different levels of complex enzyme preparations to the diet had an impact on the final weight and average daily weight gain of green goats.Adding 1.0%or 1.5%complex enzyme preparation had the most significant effect on improving the growth performance of green goats(P<0.05).The net weight gain and average daily weight gain of green goats increased the most,which were 24.9%and 25.0%higher than those of the control group.Secondly,adding different levels of complex enzyme preparations to the diet also had a significant impact on the nutrient digestibility of green goats(P<0.05).Among them,the group adding 1.0%of complex enzyme preparations had the most significant difference compared to the control group in nutrient digestibility(P<0.05).The crude fat digestibility,crude protein digestibility,dry matter digestibility,neutral detergent fiber digestibility,and acid detergent fiber digestibility were respectively increased by 9.0%compared to the control group 6.6%,19.1%,21.1%,and 10.1%.The results showed that adding 1.0%compound enzyme preparation to the diet had the most obvious effect on the growth of green goats,and could make the best feed efficiency of green goats.
