摘要
文章以硅酸镁纳米管为基体,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMBA)为改性剂制得改性硅酸镁纳米吸附材料.借助于XRD、TEM和TG等技术表征和分析改性前后材料的相关特征,考察溶液pH值、投入量等工艺参数对纳米材料吸附性能的影响.结果表明:制备的Mg_(3)Si_(2)O_(5)(OH)_(4)是管状的纳米材料,改性后的纳米材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附量达0.962 mmol/g,是原来的4倍多,其吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的规律遵循Langmuir等温吸附模型.
In this paper,modified magnesium silicate nano-absorbent material was prepared by using magnesium silicate nanotubes as base and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMBA)as modifier.By means of XRD,TEM and TG,the characteristics of the materials before and after modification were characterized and analyzed.The effects of pH value of solution,adsorbent dose and other processes on the adsorption properties of the nano materials were in vestigated.The results show that the prepared Mg_(3)Si_(2)O_(5)(OH)_(4) is a tubular nano material,the adsorption capacity of its modification for Cr(Ⅵ)is 0.962mmol/g,which is four times than the original.The adsorption behavior of Modified Mg_(3)Si_(2)O_(5)(OH)_(4) for Cr(Ⅵ)is in accordance with Langmuir iso therm adsorption model.
