摘要
为进行部组件级航天产品温湿度监测与实验研究,开发了一种通用温湿度测量系统上位机。基于MATLAB GUI开发环境,采用RS232串口通信方式,以数据首字母A~P作为温度数据判断依据,共16路,数据保存为文本文件;以数据首字母a~p作为湿度数据判断依据,共16路,数据保存至文本文件。通过数据曲线显示界面和监测系统界面,可将16路温度数据和16路湿度数据以实时曲线形式显和显示当前16路温度分布和湿度分布彩图;在软件的串口配置界面可配置串口通信协议;在软件的串口调试界面可从终端机接收数据。实验调试证明系统运行稳定,可应用于多种需温湿度监测现场。
In order to carry out the temperature and humidity monitoring and experimental research of the component level aerospace products,a general upper computer of temperature and humidity measurement system was developed.Based on the MATLAB GUI development environment,RS232 serial communication mode is adopted,and the initial letter A~P of the data is used as the judgment basis for temperature data.There are 16 channels in total,and the data is saved as a text file.The initial letter a~p of the data is used as the judgment basis for humidity data.There are 16 channels in total,and the data is saved to the text file.Through the data curve display interface and the monitoring system interface,the 16 channel temperature data and 16 channel humidity data can be displayed and displayed in the form of real-time curves in the current 16 channel temperature distribution and humidity distribution color map.The serial port communication protocol can be configured in the serial port configuration interface of the software.The serial port debugging interface of the software can receive data from the terminal.The experimental debugging proves that the system runs stably and can be applied to various temperature and humidity monitoring sites.
