部分挡板条件下桨式搅拌机流动计算及试验研究

摘要 针对部分挡板条件下桨叶式混合搅拌机的流动特征,该文中进行了相关研究。在数值计算法和PIV内流试验的基础上,对比分析了转速、桨叶倾角对内流的影响规律。结果表明,转速增加有助于提升搅拌槽内主流的流速;60°与90°倾角下,桨叶上下方区域内的流型均为径向循环流且其旋向相反,同时60°倾角桨叶循环流的中心位置均高于90°倾角。此外当转速为120 rpm时,90°倾角桨叶上方会形成两个旋向一致的循环流。 Based on numerical calculation and PIV inflow measurement,the flow characteristics of impeller mixer with partial baffle were researched,and the influence law of rotational speed and blade Angle on inward flow was compared and analyzed.The results show that the increase of rotating speed is helpful to increase the flow velocity of the main flow in the stirred tank.The flow patterns above and below the blade at 60°and 90°inclinations are radial circulating flow with opposite handedness,and the center position of circulating flow in the blade at 60°inclinations is higher than that at 90°inclinations.When the rotation speed is 120 rpm,two circulatory flows with uniform hander are formed above the blade with 90°inclination Angle.
