中职学生线上课程满意度调研及对策研究——以天津市经济贸易学校为例

Research on Online Course Satisfaction of Secondary School Students and Countermeasures——Take Tianjin Economics&Trade School as An Example

线上教学是近几年教师使用的一种教学形式。中职教育因其课程专业性较强,线上教学采取的形式、讲授方式等方面实施起来难度较大。以天津市经济贸易学校为例,通过对学生进行问卷调查、线上听课、参与教研等方式开展调研,在教学方法、教学内容、常规化管理等方面采集调研样本,指出线上课程中存在的教师教学软件使用有待改进、线上教学方式有待优化、学业考核有待规范、学生出勤有待管理等问题,并有针对性地提出强化师德修养、业务能力、教学管理、制度机制以及班级管理等对策。

Online teaching is a form of teaching employed by teachers in recent years.In secondary vocational education,because of the professionalism of the courses,it is difficult to implement online teaching in terms of the form and teaching methods.Taking Tianjin Economics&Trade School as an example,research was conducted through questionnaire survey on students,attending classes online,and participation in teaching and research,and research samples were collected in teaching methods,teaching contents and regularized management,etc.The problems existing in online courses that teachers'using of teaching software needs to be improved,online teaching methods needs to be optimized,academic assessment needs to be standardized and students'attendance needs to be managed are pointed out,and countermeasures to strengthen teachers'moral cultivation,professional ability,teaching management,institutional mechanism and class management are also put forward.
