西藏某氧化铜矿工艺矿物学特征及浮选技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探索西藏某氧化铜矿的难选原因,提高铜矿资源回收率,利用矿物自动分析系统(AMICS)分析了矿物组成、元素含量,以及分布、矿物连生定量关系和包裹程度。矿石中铜含量为0.91%,其中氧化铜矿为孔雀石和硅孔雀石,占比为30.30%,硫化铜矿为斑铜矿、辉铜矿和黄铜矿。矿石难选的主要原因:1)含有明显的孔雀石和硅孔雀石;2)辉铜矿与硅孔雀石连生明显,孔雀石与石英包裹夹杂严重。利用组合捕收剂二甲基二硫代次磷酸铵、表面活性剂和羟肟酸的协同作用,粗精矿中铜的回收率从76.85%提高到78.99%。对难选氧化铜矿的分选研究、实际生产具有参考价值。 In order to explore the cause of the refractory of copper oxide ore in Tibet and improve the recovery of copper ore resources.The automatic mineral identification and characterization system was used to analysis the mineral com position,element content and distribution,intergrowth quantitative relationship and inclusions degree of the mineral.The results showed that the grade of copper in the ore is 0.91%,of which the copper oxide ore were malachite and chrysocolla,accounting for 30.30%,the copper sulfide mineral are bornite,chalcocite and chalcopyrite.The main reason for refractory ore is that it contains obvious malachite and chrysocolla,and the second is that chalcocite chrysocolla are obvious intergrowth,and malachite inclusions with quartz seriously.Utilizing the synergistic effect of the combined collector dimethyl ammonium dithiophosphite,surfactant and hydroxamic acid could improve the copper recovery from 76.85%to 78.99%in rough concentrate.It had reference value for the separation of refractory copper oxide ore and actual production.
