摘要
近年来,根据峰值负荷进行有源配电网规划是一个重要的研究方向。本文考虑使用光伏发电接入配电网进行调峰,从而解决传统配电网按照最大负荷规划方式进行布局而造成的设备利用率低、投资浪费等问题。通过在最大负荷水平下计及分布式电源调峰作用进行有源配电网规划建模和算法设计,结合算例验证了模型和方法具有灵活方便、节约投资的优势。
In recent years,active distribution network planning based on peak load is an important research direction.This paper considers the use of photovoltaic power generation to access the distribution network for peak shaving,so as to solve the problems of low equipment utilization and waste of investment caused by the layout of the traditional distribution network according to the maximum load planning method.Under the maximum load level,the active distribution network planning modeling and algorithm design are carried out considering the peak regulation of distributed power supply.The advantages of flexibility,convenience and investment saving are verified by examples.
