电网关键断面极限输电能力评估方法研究

摘要 随着新能源渗透率不断增加,电网运行方式变化频繁,关键断面输送限额复杂多变,影响新能源消纳与电力保供能力。通过对断面极限输电能力影响因素的分析,找到极限输电能力计算评估的关键点。通过各种主流极限输电能力计算方法的归纳总结,对比各种算法的优缺点,在此基础上提出一种基于发电出力概率分布的断面输送能力评估方法技术路线,为调控部门制定电网断面限额提供新思路。 With the increasing penetration of new energy,the power grid operation mode changes frequently and the transmission limits of key cross-sections are complex and changeable,which affects the ability of new energy consumption and power supply preservation.Through analysis of the influencing factors of transmission capacity limit,the key points of transmission capacity limit calculation and evaluation are found.Various mainstream transmission capacity limit calculation methods are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms are compared subsequently.The paper proposes a technical route of transmission capacity assessment method for cross-sections based on the probability distribution of generation output,which provides a new idea for the scheduling department to formulate the grid section limit.
