摘要
火灾是实验室频发的一种安全事故,具有高危险性和不确定性,成为实验室安全事故防治的重中之重。设计一种“云-管-端”架构的火灾监测控制系统,采用多传感器融合技术监测火灾的特征信号,利用模糊推理判定规则,如判定为火灾,则启动报警和喷淋灭火。现场测试证明,系统判定火灾正确性高,响应迅速,运行稳定,可以有效预防实验室火灾。
As the most frequent type of laboratory safety accidents,fire has high risk and uncertainty,which should be the top priority of laboratory safety accident prevention.In view of this,a fire monitoring and control system with“cloud-network-terminal”architecture is designed.The system adopts the“cloud-network-terminal”framework,monitors the characteristic signal of fire through multi-sensor fusion,and judges the fire through fuzzy reasoning.If it is judged as a fire,it will start the alarm and spray fire extinguishing.The field test shows that the system has high correctness in judging fire,rapid response and stable operation,which can effectively prevent laboratory fire.
