随着时代发展步伐的日益加快,BIM与物联网作为新时代两大核心技术,在各行各业应用的范围越来越广。特别是在建筑工程管理中,BIM技术与物联网技术改变了传统施工管理效率低、问题多的现状,将各个环节紧密相联,形成一个系统化的整体,对施工进度、施工质量高质量管理,以及工程建设智能化、数字化的发展奠定了良好的基础。文章在阐述工程管理中BIM技术与物联网技术优势的基础上,以具体的案例分析为重点,进一步明确BIM与物联网两大技术发挥的重要作用,同时展望BIM技术与物联网技术的应用前景。

With the acceleration of the pace of development of the times,BIM and the Internet of Things,as the two core technologies in the new era,have been applied more and more widely in various industries.Especially in construction project management,BiM technology and Internet of Things technology have changed the current situation of low eficiency and many problems in traditional construction management,and closely linked each link to form a systematic whole,which has laid a good foundation for the construction schedule,construction quality and high-quality management.as well as the development of intelligent and digital project construction.Based on the elaboration of the advantages of BIM technology and Internet of Things technology in project management.this paper focuses on specific case analysis to further clarify the important roles played by BIM and Internet of Things technology,and forecast the application prospects of BIM technology and Internet of Things technology.
