提升城中村燃气管网用户端应急抢险的探索

摘要 深圳市政府于2014年开始以“政府主导、企业配合、居民自愿”的原则,对深圳市1400余个城中村进行管道燃气改造工作,从而实现“清瓶”目标。但多数城中村楼宇结构复杂,且存在无规律布局的特点,当用户报燃气抢修后,抢修人员寻找报警楼栋困难,且城中村楼栋间距较小,抢修摩托车无法驶入村内,人员只能徒步进入寻找报警位置,存在影响抢险人员应急处置及时性的风险;同时,抢修人员现场在处置险情过程中使用的通讯设备为非防爆设备,存在安全隐患。 In 2014,the Shenzhen Municipal Government began to carry out pipeline gas renovation in more than 1,400 urban villages in Shenzhen under the principle of“government leadership,enterprise cooperation,and residents'voluntariness”,so as to achieve the goal of"Clean out the bottled gas".However,most urban village buildings have complex structures and irregular layout,after users alarm for urgent gas repair,it is difficult for emergency repair personnel to find alarm buildings,and the distance between buildings in urban villages is small,emergency repair motorcycles cannot drive into the village,personnel can only enter on foot to find the alarm location,there is a risk of affecting the timeliness of emergency handling of emergency personnel;At the same time,the communication equipment used by emergency personnel in the process of handling the dangerous situation is non-explosion-proof equipment,which has potential safety hazards.
