“双碳”背景下电梯门的焊接工艺技术研究

摘要 焊接技术自发明以来,由于其廉价可靠的金属连接工艺,促进了焊接技术的发展与突破。在工业生产中,几乎所有的产品,从几十万吨的巨轮到不足1克的微电子元件,在生产中都不同程度地依赖焊接技术。焊接已经渗透到制造业的各个领域,直接影响着产品的质量、可靠性、寿命以及生产成本。随着焊接技术的进步,焊接的应用领域越来越广,但大多数公司在电梯焊接中采用氩弧焊技术,不仅消化大量资源,还造成环境污染。文章通过对部分优秀电梯企业进行访谈和调研,重点分析电梯门行业发展、焊接工艺技术、作业环境、质量、成本及工人健康影响等,提出双碳背景下我国电梯门行业焊接绿色工艺发展趋势及路径,为电梯门行业高质量发展提供参考。 Since the invention of welding technology,it has promoted the development and breakthrough of welding technology because of its cheap and reliable metal connection technology.In industrial production,almost all products,from hundreds of thousands of tons of huge wheels to less than I gram of microelectronic components,in the production of varying degrees of reliance on welding technology.Welding has penetrated into every feld of manufacturing industry,directly affecting the quality,reliability,life and production cost of products.With the progress of welding technology,the application field of welding is more and more wide.However,most of the elevator welding companies adopt argon arc welding technology,which not only absorbs a lot of resources,but also causes environmental pollution.This article through to some outstanding elevator enterprises to carry out interviews and research,analyzed the elevator door industry development,welding technology,the working environment,quality,cost,and workers health effects,etc.,put forward the development trend and path of green welding technology in China's elevator door industry under the double carbon background,provide reference for the high quality development of elevator door industry.
