摘要 基坑开挖对邻近建筑物的影响评估具有重要意义。文章通过文献查阅、类比分析确定已建钢结构建筑物变形控制值范围,结合已建钢结构建筑现状,定量确定已建钢结构建筑物变形控制值。基坑开挖前,根据施工前设计方案,通过数值计算分析,预测基坑开挖对周边钢结构建筑物变形值,并通过与已确定变形控制值对比,评估基坑开挖对已建建筑物的影响程度,确保周边建筑物安全。 It is of great significance to evaluate the impact of foundation pit excavation on adjacent buildings.This paper determines the deformation control value range of existing steel structure buildings through literature review and analogical analysis,and determines the deformation control value of existing steel structure buildings quantitatively by combining with the current situation of existing steel structure buildings.Before the excavation of the foundation pit,according to the pre-construction design scheme,through numerical calculation and analysis,the deformation value of the foundation pit excavation on the surrounding steel structure buildings is predicted,and by comparing with the determined deformation control value,the influence degree of the foundation pit excavation on the existing buildings is evaluated to ensure the safety of the surrounding buildings.
