摘要
针对南海西部井槽资源紧张问题,探索了一套海上平台低成本单筒多井井槽增井技术,主要包括内挂单筒多井增井模式、简易加挂单筒三井井槽增井模式及单筒双井变单筒三井增井模式等,在有限的井槽内可以实施较多的可钻井数。配套设计了露天机采设备,以应对新增井机采设备安装空间不足的问题。应用效果表明,海上平台低成本井槽增井技术解决了南海西部油田现有槽口利用中存在的问题,取得了良好的经济效益,对后续槽口使用具有借鉴意义。
In view of the shortage of well slot resources in the west of the South China Sea,a set of low-cost single barrel multi well slot increase technology for offshore platforms has been explored,mainly including the internal hanging single barrel multi well increase mode,the simple hanging single barrel three well slot increase mode and the single barrel double well to single barrel three well increase mode.More drillable wells can be implemented in limited well slots.The open-pit mechanical mining equipment is designed to cope with the problem of insufficient installation space for the newly added mechanical mining equipment.The application results show that the low-cost well slot augmentation technology of offshore platform solves the problems existing in the utilization of the existing slots in the western oilfield of the South China Sea,and achieves good economic benefits,which is of reference significance for the subsequent use of slots.
