摘要
北京海关动物隔离场对一起犬细小病毒感染发病死亡动物实施高温生物降解无害化检疫处理,为明确处理效果,对处理前后采集的样品分别采用分子生物学方法和病毒分离方法进行了病毒杀灭效果评价。其中,分子生物学评价方法结果显示,处理后样品的病毒核酸载量显著下降,核酸去除率接近100%;病毒分离方法显示,处理后样品在敏感细胞连传5代后,各代次细胞均不能检测到病毒。结果表明此次无害化处理取得预期效果,本研究可以为应对类似动物疫病检疫处理的效果评价提供参考。
A dead animal infected by canine parvovirus was subject to harmless high-temperature biodegradation treatment at Beijing Customs Animal Quarantine Station. In order to clarify the treatment effect, the killing effect of virus in samples collected before and after treatment were evaluated by means of molecular biology and virus isolation respectively. The results of molecular biology evaluation method showed that the viral nucleic acid load of the treated samples had decreased significantly, with the nucleic acid removal rate close to 100%. The virus isolation method showed that the virus could not be detected in each passage after 5continuous passages in sensitive cells inoculated with treated samples. The results suggested that the harmless treatment had achieved expected effects, which could provide reference for the effect evaluation of the quarantine treatment of similar animal epidemics.
