低能电子束辐照对3种指示微生物消毒效果评价

Evaluation of Disinfection Effect of Low Electron Bean Irradiation on Three Indicator Microorganisms

摘要 本研究以大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种(Bacillus subtilis var. niger)3种指示微生物为研究对象,利用CPD 20型150 KeV低能电子束装置,开展进口冻肉外包装表面电子束辐照预防性消毒效果测试,验证电子束消毒对冻肉外包装表面微生物的灭活效果。结果显示,外包装6个面上的3种指示微生物菌片的平均杀灭率≥99.9%,且杀灭率≥99.9%的样本数为99.3%,达到了我国相关消毒标准的要求。 In the paper, three indicator microorganisms, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis var.niger, were taken as the research target. In order to verify the inactivation effect of electron beam disinfection on microorganisms on the surface of the outer packaging of frozen meat, the preventive disinfection evaluation test of electron beam irradiation on the outer packaging of imported frozen meat was carried out using CPD 20/150 KeV low energy electron beam device. The results showed that the average disinfection rate of three indicator microorganism carriers on six surfaces of the outer packaging was 99.9% or above,and the disinfection rate of 96.3% samples was 99.9% or above, which met the sanitary disinfection standards in China.
