To summarize archiater MAO Zhongnan’s clinical experience in acupuncture treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.The formation and development of stroke is a long process. Based on accurate clinical diagnosis and standardized rehabilitation evaluation, archiater MAO Zhongnan broke through the conventional method of traditional acupuncture treatment of stroke, combined the overall concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation with modern rehabilitation concept, put the idea of integrated Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment throughout the diagnosis and treatment of the disease, proposed“rehabilitation group points”,and established “rehabilitation acupuncture method”,which has achieved remarkable curative effect in clinic.A typical medical case is attached for verification.
