肠道菌群与多囊卵巢综合征相关性研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress on the correlation between intestinal flora and polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 查阅相关文献,对肠道菌群与性激素、代谢之间的相关性及目前通过调节肠道菌群治疗多囊卵巢综合征的方法进行概述。发现目前研究多局限于动物研究层面,且多依靠高通量测序技术,存在研究技术单一、样本量过少、研究层面窄等问题。在今后的研究中应扩大样本量、丰富检测手段、加大临床研究,进一步探索其机制,从而为多囊卵巢综合征的诊疗提供新思路。 We reviewed the relevant literature to provide an overview of the correlation between intestinal flora and sex hormones,metabolism and the current methods of treating polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)by regulating intestinal flora.It was found that current studies are mostly limited to the animal level and rely on high-throughput sequencing technology,with problems such as a single research technique,too small sample size and narrow research level.In future studies,we should expand the sample size,enrich the detection methods and increase clinical research to further explore the mechanism,so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
