摘要
为解决某洗煤厂自动化、智能化程度较低的问题,在分析已有重介洗选系统的基础上,将原重介质旋流器更换为S-3GHMC870/410型超级重介质旋流器,并对其工业性能开展检查试验,得到的数量效率大于98%,对原煤的分选相对彻底;将密度控制改为灰分闭环控制,解决了原系统控制响应时间长的问题,提高了精煤灰分控制的精确性和稳定性;安装煤层厚度自动调节装置,提高了灰分检测装置的精确性。对粗煤泥的分选工艺进行优化,改用0.5 mm弧形筛与旋流器相配合,在满足粗精煤泥灰分要求的同时,也使粗煤泥的分选下限降至0.15 mm,提高了回收率,减少了浮选系统入料量,并取得了可观的经济效益。
In order to solve the problems of low automation and intelligence of Bofang coal washing plant,based on the analysis of the existing heavy-medium washing system, the original heavy-medium cyclone was replaced with S-3GHMC870/410 super heavy-medium cyclone. After checked and tested its industrial performance, the quantity efficiency of S-3GHMC870/410 was more than 98%, so the separation of raw coal was more efficient. The density control was changed to ash content closed-loop control, which solved the problem of long response duration of the original system control and improved the accuracy and stability of clean coal ash content control. The accuracy of ash content detection device was improved by installing automatic adjustment device of coal seam thickness. The separation process of coarse coal slime was optimized by using 0.5 mm arc screen, which not only met the ash content requirements of coarse and clean coal slime,but also reduced the lower separation limit of coarse coal slime to 0.15 mm. Meanwhile, the optimization improved the recovery ratio, reduced the feed volume of flotation system, and achieved considerable economic benefits.
