摘要
目的比较多酶清洗剂和碱性清洗剂对医疗器械的清洗效果。方法系统检索中国知网、维普网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library数据库中多酶清洗剂和碱性清洗剂对医疗器械清洗效果的相关研究,检索时限为建库至2022年5月30日。由2名研究者独立筛选文献及资料提取。采用Cochrane系统评价手册进行文献质量评价。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇文献。Meta分析结果显示多酶清洗剂与碱性清洗剂在总清洁合格率(OR=3.91,95%CI:0.62~24.74,P=0.15)、目测法(OR=1.70,95%CI:0.32~8.99,P=0.53)、残留血实验(OR=0.49,95%CI:0.08~2.78,P=0.42)、擦拭法(OR=1.42,95%CI:0.21~9.41,P=0.72)、杰力试纸(OR=1.21,95%CI:0.30~4.95,P=0.79)和蛋白质残留(OR=1.25,95%CI:0.27~5.81,P=0.78)方面比较差异无统计学意义。结论多酶清洗剂和碱性清洗剂对医疗器械的清洗效果没有差异,但多酶清洗剂应用于不同手术器械清洁效果的相关研究较少,未来需进一步探讨。
Objective To compare the cleaning effect of multi-enzyme detergent and alkaline detergent on medical instruments.Methods Articles related to the cleaning effect of multi-enzyme detergent and alkaline detergent on medical instruments were searched from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of database to May 30,2022.Two researchers screened the literature and extracted relevant data.The literature quality was evaluated by Cochrane Systematic Review Manual.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 7 articles were included.The Meta-analysis results showed that there were no significant differences in the total cleaning pass rate(OR=3.91,95%CI:0.62-24.74,P=0.15),visual test(OR=1.70,95%CI:0.32-8.99,P=0.53),residual blood test(OR=0.49,95%CI:0.08-2.78,P=0.42),wiping test(OR=1.42,95%CI:0.21-9.41,P=0.72),Jieli test paper(OR=1.21,95%CI:0.30-4.95,P=0.79)and protein residue(OR=1.25,95%CI:0.27-5.81,P=0.78)between multi-enzyme detergent and alkaline detergent.Conclusions There was no difference in the cleaning effect of alkaline detergent and multi-enzyme detergent on surgical instruments.However there are few articles related to the cleaning effect of multi-enzyme cleaning agents on different surgical instruments,which needs further discussion in the future.
