食管癌术后患者真实体验的Meta整合

Real experience of patients with esophageal cancer after surgery:a Meta-synthesis

目的:总结并分析食管癌术后患者的真实体验,为开展食管癌术后患者支持性照护措施提供参考。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL(EBSCO Host)、PsycINFO、Scopus、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网和中国生物医学文献服务系统等数据库中关于食管癌术后患者真实体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2022年1月31日。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价工具(2016)评价文献质量,采用Meta整合中的汇集性整合方法对结果进行整合。结果:共纳入15篇研究,提炼出48个研究结果,将相似结果归纳形成9个新类别,最终得出3个整合结果,即个体负性体验、多样化的健康相关支持性需求、调整自我应对新常态并实现角色成长。结论:医护人员应密切关注食管癌术后患者的负性体验,不断完善食管癌患者的术后随访,以满足其多样化的支持性照护需求,同时引导患者积极调整自我以应对新常态并实现角色成长。

Objective To summarize and analyze the real experience of esophageal cancer patients after surgery,so as to provide reference for carrying out supportive care measures for esophageal cancer patients after surgery.Methods The qualitative research on the real experience of patients with esophageal cancer after surgery was retrieved by computer in Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL(EBSCO Host),PsychINFO,Scopus,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang Data,VIP,SinoMed and other databases.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to January 31,2022.The quality of articles was evaluated using the quality evaluation criteria for qualitative research of the Australia Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Evidence-Based Health Care Center.The results were integrated using the aggregation integration method in Meta-synthesis.Results A total of 15 articles were included and 48 results were extracted.The similar results were summarized into 9 new categories,and three integration results were obtained,namely,individual negative experience,diversified health-related supportive needs,self-adjustment to the new normal and role growth.Conclusions Medical and nursing staff should pay close attention to the negative experience of patients with esophageal cancer after surgery,constantly improve the follow-up of patients with esophageal cancer after surgery to meet their diverse supportive care needs,and guide patients to actively adjust themselves to cope with the new normal and achieve role growth.
