护理硕士专业学位研究生ICU实践基地评价体系的构建

Construction of the evaluation system of ICU practice base for master of nursing specialist

目的:构建护理硕士专业学位研究生ICU实践基地评价体系。方法:通过文献回顾法、半结构式访谈初步拟定各级评价指标;采用目的抽样法,于2021年8—10月选取25名专家进行函询,最终通过德尔菲法及层次分析法确定护理硕士专业学位研究生ICU实践基地评价体系。结果:共进行2轮函询,专家积极系数分别为88%(22/25)、91%(20/22),专家权威系数分别为0.953、0.948,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.211、0.210(P均<0.01)。最终形成的护理硕士专业学位研究生ICU实践基地评价体系包含4个一级指标,15个二级指标和103个三级指标及评价内容。结论:本研究构建的护理硕士专业学位研究生ICU实践基地评价体系科学可靠、内容全面,可为制订护理研究生临床实践基地评价标准提供参考。

Objective To construct the evaluation system of Intensive Care Unit(ICU)practice base for master of nursing specialist.Methods The evaluation indicators at all levels were initially formulated through literature review and semi-structured interviews.Using the sampling method,25 experts were selected from August to October 2021 for correspondence.The evaluation system of ICU practice base for master of nursing specialist was finally determined by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Results A total of two rounds of consultation were conducted.The expert positive coefficients were 88%(22/25)and 91%(20/22),the expert authority coefficients were 0.953 and 0.948,and the Kendall's W were 0.211 and 0.210 respectively with statistical differences(P<0.01).The final evaluation system of ICU practice base for master of nursing specialist included 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 103 third-level indicators and evaluation contents.Conclusions The evaluation system of ICU practice base for master of nursing specialist is scientific,reliable and comprehensive,which can provide reference for formulating the evaluation criteria of clinical practice base for nursing graduate students.
